Vodafone deactivated my number 9999698098 without any prior information

dear sir i purchased vodafone number 9999698098 (delhi and ncr region ) few years back. i used this number regularly. vodafone deactivated my number without any sms notification. i several times called the vodafone customer care were not able to answer the complaint. kindly look into the matter.
