Name of company/service: Idea Celllular

Hi,

I am using 2G netsetter datacard for Idea Cellular.Previously i,m using 399 datacard postpaid plan and i had paid all my dues till Dec 2012.Usually idea bill was like between 500-700 during my last bill.Now i had changed my bill plan to 299 and they charged me 2157.70/-.Its not the correct bill and i had not made that much of internet usage in this preriod.

Hi,

want to lodge compalint wuth regards to unnecesary and unwanted charges levied on my Airtel mobile bill.

ALL THE CHARGES NEED TO BE REVERSED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. The detais are as follows:

1 Charge of 3000 levied in Aug-Sept12 bill as ” One time charge ” —– ?????? What one time service have you given me which has 3000 charge!!
2 Charge of 299 levied on my account since Feb,12 on account of” BlackBerry Services”—– I have not advised to start this service as I dont have blackberry phone. Check your records and advise who started this???

Total charges to be reversed ( blackberry charges + one time charge)

For your information, I have immediatly stopped the blackberry services on 4th Oct,12 once I came to know about it.

I NEED TO HEAR ON URGENT BASIS FROM YOU AND WANT THE CHARGE REVERSAL.
