wrong balance cut and say it is a noms of company

Name of company/service: airtel internet and customer care service

Dear sir, I have a airtel co. sime card my mobile no. is 7742635936 which is registered by my (jitendra soni)name.i have recharge main account balance on date 20-07-2012 at 8:51AM talktime rs.41.50 txid1649533499 at sikar rajasthan,and on dated 19/07/2012 at 10:00am mrp rs.98 for internet pack transid 1643562444.sir i have use internet on my leptop by connecting mobile phone.at today dated 22/07/2012 i have see that my main account balance is rs.1.50 only. on same time i have contact to customer care and said my quary but he said that your charges will didected for internet use sir i have already recharge internet pack then why deducted my main account balance . pls do need help full . i am very irriteted by this co. because they are deducted balance any time noms. made any time before previous intimation .pls return my lost money i have. thank jitendra soni mob.9950838403

    hy i am with you because these com.are frouded to customer becouse they haveno option to reduce money in calling main balance so they are deducted money for says that you are use our paid service so deducted money and see the option that whow deducted the money , i am again with you.
