AIRCONDITIONER COMPLAINT NOT ATTENDED

Dear Concerned,

I have purchased Hitachi AC in Nov 2011 but it is not working. Upon complaining to Hitachi with complaint no.12052701719,nobody contacted till now. Kindly do the needful as i m helpless with their non responsive attitude.
