Wrong balance added in credit card statement

Dear Sir,
I am using a credit card of HDFC bank. In July month Statement they added a false transaction of Rs. 472.98 at MOPS-SBC-CR-CARD-G MUMBA.
Now when I said that this transaction is not done by me they are refusing it.
They are also not providing the transaction details. When I investigate about transaction it was done at Passport/Visa Office but I have never done this.
They are also not refunding the money for said false transaction.
Please help me to get transaction details/refund of money.
When I check the online consumer complaints there are many complaints regarding this transaction. This is totally fault by bank.
