What type of service are you providing samsung on the one hand you tell you are leading brand on the other what is your reality.
I have ordered C7Pro from shop.samsung.com/in Order Id: 100386603
But i have recieved a defective one The display is blank
After that i have call your customer care they told me to get a DOA certificate I also Get the DOA certificate but after this no one came for pickup my device I had get DOA certificate on 02september2017 and today 14september2017 no one came for pickup my device what type of service r u providing R u sent customers a defective product or what r u doing?
After pickup what will u do Replacement/Refund?
How many days will you take for replacement?
Will you do the same thing in replcement?
Or you Provide me the right thing?
DO you not care of anyone time
If its your mistake then why r u taking so much time for replacement??
