I had paid Rs 699 (and thus obtained 699 points as credit) while entering a contest in the first week of March 2013. I was told that 100% of the money will be back in the form of credit points which we can use for buying other products.
when I am trying to buy using my credits the website (and system) is not allowing me to use 100% of the credit as promised and is allowing only 50% of the credit to be used.
I have ordered TEASHIRT three months ago and not received yet. Customer care executives are not responding properly. this is the Worst online shopping site i have seen.I have paid 800 amount for order. Please take an immidiate action.
