Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Vodafone charged me Rs.4200 for using internet/data on my number 9949916600,and they have barred by OG services on 17th April till date. However i have a Rs.199 data plan activated on my number. I visited many times to their store but they are unable to solve the issue. And they are asking me to pay the bill ASAP.
