Worst service and no solution

I have been using tikona broadband service for 4 MBPS from the past 3 months, But, none of the months was I given the speed promised and the connectivity was not available to me all the time. A +/- 10% in the speed is acceptable but the speed I get is in the range of 50-200 KBps and I face problem connecting to the internet all the time. For the same reason I have registered complaint on the customer service desk of the company and all I get every time is a promise that my issue will be solved but nothing changes. This company is looting me, it makes false promises and have no respect for the customer. I hope my issue will be solved soon and for further details and documents please contact me.
