Worst service and no solution

I have been using tikona broadband service for 4 MBPS from the past 3 months, But, none of the months was I given the speed promised and the connectivity was not available to me all the time. A +/- 10% in the speed is acceptable but the speed I get is in the range of 50-200 KBps and I face problem connecting to the internet all the time. For the same reason I have registered complaint on the customer service desk of the company and all I get every time is a promise that my issue will be solved but nothing changes. This company is looting me, it makes false promises and have no respect for the customer. I hope my issue will be solved soon and for further details and documents please contact me.     i am customer of indane gas,branch name Hem Gas agency,my customer number 9058,agency not delivering the gas on time too much delay was there on regular basis ,number times complaint to them ,when i called to agency no one response on phone,not delivering service.
