Worst Service – LG India

My LG refrigerator (model: GL-305VV5.BSUZEBN) at Trivandrum, stopped working..so I logged a service complaint (complaint no-RNA140604049467) to LG on 02-June….On calling several times, finally a technician came on 14-June and did a gas re-fill and charged (Rs.1400). It was working for a while and again the cooling is completely gone….I’ve never experienced such a poor response from any customer care…totally negligent…i’m fed up with your service…it’s been a month since I gave a service complaint…still the issue is not resolved
