Hi HTC,
I have had enough of what ‘Brilliance’ you guys endorse. And i regret to the very last bit that i bought an HTC device. It has only been 5months since i bought it.
I have had submitted my device thrice till today, with three issues and all the times they have recurred, i.e. i go pick up the device and the issue occurs in the pick-up centre itself. It is as good as the device wasn’t even worked upon.
You guys have been unable to repair the device thrice and i left the device at your centre and i refuse to pick it back. I want a full refund of my money or a replacement of the device.
One another request i have, please do not escalate the matter to the HTC India, as they are unable to handle my case, i have had done escalaltions thrice and the escalation department is the worst of all. I was not even allowed to speak to the manager over there and the representatives i spoke to were Nilesh and Rahul and they didn’t know the least about handling customers. They weren’t even listening. I want an escalation on this as well.
Kindly, handle this case anywhere outside India as i am deeply unsatisfied with hTC India.
Also, please look into the status of my phone, and please do the needful. I am deeply tired and unhappy to have bought an hTC phone. Kindly reinstill the faith you guys promise about.
