My Customer Id is 1106749438. We are using Tikona internet for last 1 and half year in mumbai. My contact number 09769931287. I am facing internet connection problem very frequently for last one month. When we call customer care they just keep the call on waiting for so long and when connects to person they tell issue will be resolved as the complaint is registered and we have not got any permanent resolution. When we call they just correct the connection instantly which do not last more than an hour. Customer care response is also worst. They just disconnect the call without hearing the concern. This is the worst services i have experienced ever. This should be resolved as fast as possible.
