anrglle deduction of money and wrong information

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: PATNA&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: VODAFONE</p>hello sir , my mobile no. is 8051947447 product of vodafone telecom. last 13 april deduct Rs.29 and after talking to customercare ,i got information that i got my cost back till 17 april 2013 . today when i not got amount , i just talk to cust.care again and today i got difference information that no your money can,t be return . etc and ya this not the first time about that and i am not intrested to spoil the company name. so, please saw the matter i am waiting for that. my email id is [email protected]. thanx
