Respected Sir,
I have purschased airtel digital HD connection set top box on 12th april 2012. As a new connection they gave free subscription for 1 month, but after 1 month when wanted to recharge my account with mega channel pack.
The airtel dealer of our Sinhagad road didnt gave me proper updated information about channel packs, and when i registered a complaint about him to airtel customer care, they also haven’t taken any action, and extra deduction is been done from my airtel account and less channels are viewed to me. So again i called airtel customer care for help but they are saying that the dealer does not have updated information. I sincerely request you to take serious action against the airtel digital service provider company.
