I gave my Nokia lumia phone for repair as its display broke. It took 2 months plus for them to give it back to me and that too after so many reminders.. Once they gave me back few of the things were not found inside the phone due to which there was no network to be found in the set, when asked they why they said sorry we can’t help and this cannot be repaired.. So I took it to the local repair centre and they fixed it in two days and said lot of the things are missing in the phone….
