I made an order on Amazon.in on 6th May & was hoping to get the delivery by 10th. However, I got a mail from the seller saying I can get it on 11th & I was ok with it.
After that, I kept asking them about the status of my order but the customer service agent told me the product is not amazon fulfilled so they’ll ask the status from the seller & also, I cam check with the delivery company (Delhivery) about the order status. When I call up Delhivery, I am told that they dont service in the area Noida & I should contact the seller only. This has been going on for 3 days now. I dont have my product, no status from amazon, also, the seller rubbishes the
Mails with replies like ‘k’, ‘vl chk n call u’, ‘vl get on monday’. Please check & resolve.
