worst service and regular irritation by airtel service providers

Location/place: India, delhi

Name of company/service: airtel broadband

airtel broadband-
1) provieds no hard copy of bill
2) no service backup.
3) customer care make the call on hold for 15-25 mints.
4) no response of back end team.
5)speed as sanctioned -never recieved.
6)overcharging of bill -by saying late payment fees.
7) daily 6-10 sms by saying sorry we tried to contacted u but ur call was unavailable so kindly make d payment.
8) collection team daily unwanted calls that we are coming on dis day and dis time…..but never arrives on time.
9) i waited by making a comitment on a xyz day but dey didnt arrived due to which a deal was canceld -made a big loss
10 2dy also calld dat we will come 2mrw….
11) always dere systems are down due to technical probs , dats y dey cant provide me the complaint numbers
12) never the connect my call to higher officials/nor to nodal officer.

totally frustrated withe d service….
