i have my personal cum bussiness computer,having 250 GB hard drive capacity (seagate) containing ~215 GB data.Around in march month the problem was arised with the same hard drive some how the data was lossed,so i have given it for ‘data recovery’ to at local service shop” shakti computer “,100ft road,near m.k.shah hospital, anand,gujarat.before giving hard drive for reparing to mr.chandras pragapati i told hime that thid hard drive have lossed ~215 GB data can you recovered it he says yes i can, then i have hand over him hard drive with keeping S/N details of hard drive to me and him also, after 2 months he return me hard drive without data recovery but problem arised here that he has changed hard drive he sopposed to give my hard drive which has known S/N of hard disk drive,but before taking it to me i refused it to take to me and i asked to give me my original hard drive that i have given it to you for reparing, he said that hard drive i misplased and could not abel to find out, this way he is not giving me my original hard drive,after so much follow up still he is not giving, for me my data which has to be recovered is very very much important,what ever the business data that was prepared by our CA/accountant , that data was last 9 years record of each and every details of business, and our business is construction of house, inf act we are builder so we are keeping all our sold out flat’s ,bungalows and all other details like raw material purchase, selling of house/property ,sale deed copy of costumer ,labors salary details, tally account details, mode of payment of costumer, income tax details,more of that our personal data like family function video and photo’s, some of private data, if I will going to make same data again through my a CA/accountant he will take charge of more than 1.5lacs for last 9-10years please help me.my contact no.
