I purchased a kelvinator a couple of months before. There was a discrepancy identified in the refrigerator. However, I registered complain for number of times. No action has been taken yet. Executives are simply the worst by their service. I present one complain ID number: BAN0206120362 and the engineer contact number is:8711929095. He avoid receiving the call. There was no assurance over to their words. The forum should take the serious action against the service of this brand and towards their mis-commitment over to the customer and for selling defective pieces in the store and paying poor service.
