Worst Service

I had purchased Videocon LCD 32″ from CROMA (VILE-Parle W) shop, would like to inform you that I would like to have refund of TV purchased.

The reasons are mentioned as under :

1. Complaint registered (having display panel problem) on 22-Sept-11 but till date no action taken ( complaint no. MUM2209110720 ). Also no calls or followup till date.

3. Last week Shiv Kumar from service centre came with panel but again because of some problem, this he took the TV back and confirmed me that by tuesday i will get the same. But till date nothing has been done. He directed me to Gawde who is looking after repairs, Gawde said it will take more 2-3 days.

3.Then went to CROMA(vile-parle west,juhu) from where TV was purchased. Asif was handling my call and committed me that problem will be solved in 7 working days and will surely call back with Feedback. Till date after I met him no calls from his side hahaahaha.. same old story no calls against complaint registered. Finaly he gave up and said he cant help in this as videocon people are not replying.

Today its 1 month and 2 days but I m without TV on Diwali day. Hope this should not happen to you in any case.

Be in my place and think once.

I would like to inform you if m getting TV replaced it has to be in this week only or else would go for refund with number of calls and petrol wasted for doing followup.
