Compay Not Replacing The Defective HD set Top Box

Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to request you to intervene in my complaints against Tata Sky. I opted for upgrading from Tatasky+ to Tatasky HD and I paid Rs 3999/- through My Credit Card on 15 Oct 2011 and a New Tatasky HD was Installed on 17 Oct 2011 but the same evening the said Set Top Box Developed problem of getting hanged on changing the channels. I lodged a Complaints with Tatasky regarding the problems and I was assured of Replacing of the said defective set top box but till date they have not replaced the said set top box.On speaking to them the again and again they are refusing to comply with their company ruling that if a set top box develops defect within 15 days of sale it has to be replaced by a new set(as told to me by a Supervisor of Tatasky).Request kindly direct Tata sky to either replace my defective set top box with a new Box or refund my money.
