Name of company/service: Airtel DTH
This is complain against Airtel DTH. Now a days they are not providing proper services and cheating with there existing customer too.
I have two DTH connection with AIRTEL itself. I complained more than 20 times from 27th June for new remote but not get any response from them. At the end i get dealer number from customer care and called on that number..The guys who picked the call insist me to deposit the Rs 300 in his account and engineer will come at my place once the amount will be credited in his account. I denied to deposit the amount in his personal account and personally visited the dealer place. After reach over there i come to know that the guys whos number given me airtel customer care has already left the organisation before a month.
And for my second TV i called more than 10 times every time they excused that there server is down and there executive will call me after 1 hrs..but till the date and there engineer is not yet visited…
