non resuming of services

Location/place: shaheen bagh delhi

Name of company/service: idea cellular

i am nurul hasan a new customer of idea in delhi..i buy a idea sim on 11th of july2012 but after 5 days it stopped working..idea barred my services for want of documents.i myself submitted those at idea shop at jasola.it has been 8 days but neither my services has been resumed nor customer care or that idea shop is giving me a proper answer…
