worst after sales services

i bought XOLO Opus HD on 6th November. found touch screen and speaker problems in the phone on 15th November and gave it for service. thay returned the phone on 16th December……..after a whole month without fixing the problem of touch screen.and that too after contacting them again and again… Now again i have given it for service on 17th December 2014… no one is telling me that what they were doing for the whole month…………They are not ready to talk also.very poor services and attitude………i didn;t buy the phone to give it for services only…….I WANT MY MONEY BACK……..AS I DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY ANYMORE………..
