I brought 1.5Ton Vediocon AC on 01/06/12. It works approximate 75 days in 2012 and approximate 30 days in 2013. Only after 105 days working life it’s compressor blown on 28th May 13. They change coppressor with non appropriate model, non star confirming, service person broken outdoor unit body. They charge for the service under warranty.
During welding of compressor, the condensor of outdoor unit also start leaking Gas.
After strong and repeative follow up, finaly they denied to replace condesor.
Market value of outdoor unit is approximate Rs. 8000 and they qouting comlete servic of outdoor unit:-Rs 2300 (for comressor)+ 2600.00 (for condensor) + 1800 (Gass)= Rs. 6700.00
It was very mental harssening experience. Very uncommited and worst service.
