compressure of fridge and interiors not functiong properly

sir, I have purchsed a fridge from pranav electronics sadar bazar delhi cantt on 12 jul 2012. The fridge sent by the company was dented. The coy has taken back the machine and new fridge was sent. unfortunately the new fridge has also developed problems and i have reported the matter to coy vide my complaint no 1411244 dated 15 jun 2013. Again i have reminded on 22, 26, 28 & 30 jun 2013 but ofno avail. No one has visited and no assurance is given. Lot of harrasment i have gone through.May i request to kindly look into the matter.
