This is Subhasish, I purchased a product last year from Telebrand called “AIR LOUNGE” after very 20 th day the prodct got deformed , all internal pastings has automatically removed and when i called up customer care for the same, they denied to replace straight to me, though it was a Rs.6000/- (Approx) worth product and that was only 20 days I purchased the same.
After that when as per the consumer helpline executive’s suggestions I sent them a written complain letter cum notice. they called me back and ask me to send the product back by my own cost and if that would be repairable then they would repair and send me back else not.I was confused and felt cheated.
