I bought a BALTRA ROOM HEATER (Model No: BTH 119 WARM) from SHIVAM SMART KITCHEN SHOP (Amarpali ZODIAC , G-15, Sector – 120, Noida, 8800138538) on 23/12/2014. The dealer told me that if anything goes wrong the company people will come to my residence and fix the issues.
On 28/12/2014, suddenly one of the light (ROOM HEATER CONSISTS OF 2, 400 WATTS LIGHTS) stopped working. I launched a complain on 31st December at their complaint lodging number(1800115060). My complaint no was 311203. They told me in 48 to 72 hours my problem will be fixed. BUT NO ONE CAME. NO ONE CALLED. Now since last night the second light has also stopped.
I am just shocked how WORST QUALITY PRODUCT THIS COMPANY IS SELLING TO PEOPLE. It didn’t even last 1 month and the product for which i paid near about Rs 1000 /- gets completely out of service. On on of that when the first light went out of service i went to the shop to let them know about the fault but they simple refused to help me in any way. They simply told me to call the HELPLINE number and got rid of their responsibility.
I have never experienced such a PATHETIC AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
