SNAPDEAL.COM::A CASE OF FORGERY

I had ordered one table lamp and one drawer from SNAPDEAL.COM . They delivered on 7 th November . But there was a crack beneath the table lamp and the drawer is too small to use. It should be better to use as show piece . As usually we gave a complain & they took it back & GAVE FRAUD ASSURANCE OF MONEY RETURN . NOW FROM 7 TH NOVEMBER TILL NOW WE DONT HAVE RECEIVED ANY MONEY FROM SNAPDEAL.COM AUTHORITY & THERE IS NOBODY TO RESPOND US ON BEHALF OF THEM.
THEY EVEN TOOK THE BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER BUT STILL THERE IS NOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM.

    This is a fraud organisation.
    I have also ordered(4101063456) on 22nd december when I didnt receive it till 1st of January i raised a complaint they reply saying we have already given to courier service you contact them and they provide track id. When i contact courier service they say some documents are missing from shipper so we cannot ship the order. When i reply back same to snapdeal they say already shipped. Same thing after 3-4 complaints. and Still order is not yet shipped. When i ask them to cancel and refund, they say that we have shipped the order once we receive the order you return it back then once we receive the confirmation then we will process the cancel. Is the service they provide. I want it to be cancelled/ delivered immediately.
