I had purchased a mobile phone lg-e400, imei no.354851056272675, on 08/02/13 from ZOOP , charni road, mum04,bill no 3887. I had few problems with the handset, but the major problem is with the camera. It has the worst performance.I went to your service center at DADAR on 18/02/13 at 10.30am the man at the counter took my mobile and gave it back saying it is ok you may please go. I kept on insisting the the problem is still there but he paid no attention at all. The problems are still there and I like you get it fix as soon as possible or I shall post this in press and consumer cell.
