REQUESTING TO PAY MY MONEY BACK

Name of company/service: ICICI PRUDENTIAL BANK

this is prathyusha dasari i was taken a savings policy from icici bank prudential my polcy no 16021693 from recent 5 moths i didnt pay the monthy term just because of i lost my job.
recently i went banjarahills icici prudential bank and ask to give my money back just beacause of i didnt have job write now.but those people telling that your polcy was not possible to give before completion of three years but i am NOT A government employe i just a private employe so i lost my job five months back .

i was submitted a letter to manager all my problems and i request her to please pay money back. in 20 days back they told with in five days we confirmation Letter we sent to your email id,but till now i didnt get any confirmation from the bank

my question is my policy is not a health policy.its savings policy its means my money is safe but those people telling that its not possible /
when i am taking policy excutive told me forced me to take this policy its good if dont have money you take your money back

i am not government employe so request you to i didnt asking my policy benefits i asking to give my money back just i am very struggling now.

so requesting you to please do the needful to me
