I bought new toyota innova from Budhha Toyota Patna.They only gave retail invoice and owner book at the time of delivery of veicle.Sale certificate they give afterwards when i checked it we found that my vehicle is of BSIII STD,We had booked for Vehicle of BSIV standard.When i complained about this their customer relation head (Savinder Kumar)said they don’t sell BSIV version in bihar.When insisted that there is differnce in vehicle Their Customer relation head started abusing me and even threatened me for life.
