Worst Customer service

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Loop Mobile

The Loop mobile is on head of customer. This is real incident with me more than 5times. I had called 4 times to the executive to ask about free incoming roaming in gujrat,they offered me with scheme rs29 free incoming,which lately came to be false,when i returned back and complaint,there response was you had to complaint in 48hrs after the query.
No resolution came.
Recent incident.
My card is damaged and want a replacement. I called up executive named Deepali,to ask whether i can transfer my prepaid card in my name from my brother name and then can i replace the card,also my brother is in bhiwandi so what should i have to do.
The reponse was, “Yes you first transfer the card by visiting gallery and then replace the card,If your brother can’t come then take a letter on his behalf.”
When i went to gallery they wee like it can nont be happen, i told them that your executive told me,they were like call that executive i will talk……..
The worst scenario.
Please look into the matter.

    Well said……… Its really irritating company……..
    I have faced balance deduction problem, whenever i call they say system is down call after 2hours,i get the answer after 48hrs that it was there mistake and later response use to that you must compaint before 48hours of deduction…
    Please help it….
