VERY POOR & IRRESPONSIBEL SERVICE

I have been putting my request to Tata sky as I have not been able to access my DTH since 22nd June onwards but the response is alwyas in a way of an sms where I get a Work Order and later on no one come to visit. Finally on 3rd July a technician arrived and suggested that my Digicomp is not working so I need to replace it. Immediatedly in his preseence only I spoke to Tatasky associate for the same where I was told that it will be replaced in 24 hrs as my digicomp is under warranty period. Foreget replacing no one turned back and after several calls yesterday night at 22.10 I got a message about a new Work Order and to my ssurprise a new sms arrives at 22.11 pm ststing that my work has been completed by a technician ( I m surprised to receive such sms as who can complete a work in a minutes time ??? ) Today I spoke to the technical team of Tatasky and they assured that my problem would be resolved in 2 hrs whereas this is almost more than 4 hrs ( I called them at 9.58 am) again I called them at 12.56 but the assistant has put me on hold and disappeared This is their actual behaviour always, I do have a record of all the sms and phone calls alongwith E mail to the helpline. What should I do next?
