Worst Customer care & Service(TDDPL)

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited

Tata Power delhi distribution Ltd. has worst customer care. They never pick the call or send the busy message when ever you tried contacting them, They have SMS services also but they never replied back once to send them Message related to No supply issues. They are just hiking the rates and charging more and more money but customer services is getting down day by day and they even and it takes more than 5 hours to them to correct the voltage related issues which i think Govt. personnel’s can do it within 1 hr.They should either improve the service or reduce the rates or can simply sell company to other capable companies in Delhi.

    My Electricity Bill for CA/CRN.No. 60005756931 Bill No. 10032400446
    ,amounting for Rs. 15760.00 /- is very very high amount its your
    meters fault i had never paid such kinds of big amout in last tenn
    years.

    Kindly see my average paid bills of last ten years its between two or
    three thousands
    i have only one floor and i used one tv,refrigerator,three tube lights
    NO A/C NO GEYSER.previous bills amount are never affordable & i
    complaint your speed of meter sevral time but now this time you are
    cheating with me .

    I cannot able to pay this bill,i go to high authorities for this type
    of blender mistake by your end.
    I hope you Satisfied me & correct this bill for future bitter
    customer relations
