Illogical deduction of money

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Idea

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an idea prepaid customer,i am using GPRS service in my number,the expiry of which is 30/07/12,
therefore it is understood that it will last till 0000hrs. on 30 july 2012.
as i was using GPRS service at about 0130hrs.(AM)on 30 july my main balance got deducted which was RS 241.00 at that time.
Kindly take necessary action so that i can get back my deducted amount.
