The problem started when one fine day my outgoing was completely barred and I called up the customer care number to know what happened. I was informed that since I had exceeded my credit limit, they had barred my outgoing services. At the time of taking up this number I was informed that the plan of 899 Monthly gave me unlimited outgoing national and local calls. I wasnt informed initially about any credit limit on the account and I personally believe it makes no sense to have a credit limit on a unlimited plan. I have visited few branches including the Home Branch and also called and tried to explain to the customer care people about this situation. The only solution that say to this is that I pay the unbilled amount of around 7000 Rs. and then they can get my outgoing started. The remaining amount will be reversed ed in credit on the account when the bill is generated. It makes no sense to me since I am not the one who should care about how your billing cycle and calculations work. It is your duty as a multinational to have things in place so that customers do not face this kind of an issue. No one seems to understand that I need my outgoing to be started. I have been a loyal customer since years and convinced most of my members to join Docomo.
