Dear sir
This is Venkateswara rao .Bade from vijayawada (Andhra pradesh) . i purchased LAVA XOLO Q1000 phone through online (flipkart) on 23/09/2013. Rs 13,500 with bill number is RI/SB/15251(supplier’s reference 15251/FLIPKART) and my order number is OD30919085351.
First 4 and half months the battery working condition was good after half month it was running poor condition after 5 months it has gone. So i approach nearest authorized service center in vijayawada (BEST COMMUNICATION VIJAYAWADA. 0866-6641666 ) they said to me, you have to change the battery but they are not give due to no stock, and they are not give right information about when will it come and their RESPONSE IS VERY WORST
So i have approached so many time to direct company through toll free number 1800-30-100-104 and email :[email protected] but they sent only their default reply again and again. For the last 4 months my phone is switch off mode due to no battery. They are not rectify my problem yet and i am ready to pay for new battery MY MOBILE NO 99859-53778 SO PLEASE LOOK INTO TO THIS MATTER SIR
