Sir,
I am using the AIRTEL Sim of phone Number:9557418899. Recently since last week the company is deducting my balance in the name of some value added services. I have never asked for any and neither I pressed any key when they called me up.
When I tried to contact the customer care, they hanged up the phone on my face without listening to my complain. When I tried again, they didn’t responded to my call, even it was a paid call. I waited for 3-4 minutes and then disconnected the call. I need your help in this case as the company is trying to cheat me as a consumer.
