Name of company/service: state bank of india

dear
sir /madam
i have made fund transfer through net banking from SBI to IDBI BANK in my a/c with utr no.SBINH12181506111 to 29/06/2012 .but till date i could not recievenb fund till date .sbi is saying fund has been credited and IDBI is saying it could not receive till date.
so kindly pz solve my problem.

    Hi,
    Why don’t you try writing to their customer care team at [email protected]? I’ve had a good experience with them in the past. They are usually very prompt at replying to complaints received on that id.
