Without any intimate after made full and final payment again deducted 36800 from my sbi savings account

Dear sir
As discussued with mr arnab ghosal the relationship officer of sbi credit card collection, kolkata. I made Rs. 50115/- on29/08/2014 against my sbi credit card no.0004377486995573944 The Settlement figure mentioned herein was the full and final settlement figure. They issue the conditional noc for the ssme along with the payment rect. I have mailed several times for the Final NOC but I am yet to receive the same. Instead of receiving the NOC from your end, SBI cards have debited my SBI Savings Account No.20083449926 by Rs. 36800/- on 10/10/2014 against the payment of my Credit Card.

Once when the settlement of the Credit Card has been done then on what basis my Savings Account has been debited for the payment of my Credit Card.
I am the only earning person of my family as my husband is a nuro patient as well as my father also a bypass surgery patient. I mail there customer care service and nodal officer regarding my problem. Still they don’t give any responses.
Being a lady now I am helpless. Nobody is response for the same. Please resolve my problem so the can refund my money as earliest.
