With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel Broadband Services

Location/place: Gurgaon , Haryana

Name of company/service: Airtel

To Airtel Services,

Here is my grievances towards the process:

I had applied for a airtel broadband connection on 22.08.2013, an Airtel guy had come withing a day named MR.Manu Kumar with the form formalities and advance of Rs.500 was given.
From that day i have still not got any positive response from any of the airtel guy”s .

I had a talk to all the executives and i have entertained many airtel services guy in my house for telephone services and what not. Today dated 30th august , i get a call from Mr. Ram saying my airtel broadband services have been cancelled for good.

please look into the issue and solve it
