I am writing this complaint against Tata Docomo, regarding an online transaction. On the 21st of August 2013, at 22:30, I had done an online recharge from Docomo’s official website, that is www.tatadocomo.com for an SMS pack worth Rs. 64. I received a bank receipt from my bank, IDBI, regarding the above transaction, indicating that the aforementioned amount, Rs. 64, has been deducted from my account. But, I didn’t receive the recharge for which I had paid for. The next day, that is on 22nd of August 2013, I sent the following mail to them:

“I have done my recharge online for message pack of 64 on 8962560818 on 21st August at 10.30pm from a/c no N5364. But, only money is deducted, no message pack has been received yet by me.Kindly help me.. otherwise i would be compelled to go to consumer forum.

Despite this, I have as yet, neither received the recharge, nor a refund. In further correspondence, they asked for the bank statement and other details, which were provided by me promptly. They asked me to wait for 1 week from the date of recharge, which has now passed. Still, there has been no action on their part.
Hence, I am filing this complaint.
