Dear Sir,
I have purchased, New 1.5ton silver2S Voltas AC on dated 9/06/2012. It is not working as per application from first day.
I have register complaints at their Customer care 2~3 times, and their technician has visited but problem not short out. Again i am following for the same but no one is taking it seriously, i talked to area manager also but no one is take care of me.
So it is requested to you please help.
I am belongs to middle class, i have spend huge amount to purchase it.
