I applied for Wi-fi(Airtel) and was asked to pay Rs.500 as refundable deposit.I also submitted the necessary documents.After several calls to the local office,customer care etc.,I was told that their representative quit the job.I had to re-submit the documents and after validation of the same,I was told that there is no connectivity in the area.Now they are avoiding my calls,not letting me know about the status and the deposit I made.Though Rs.500 is trivial to me,I was traumatized and deeply insulted by the recklessness and indifferent behavior.
