My name is MAYANK GUPTA. I ordered a flip cover + screen guard from tradus with a seller named mines_of_happiness. order number: Sub-Order ID: 11386045_06.
I received a partial order. They sent me only the flip cover not the screen guard. I emailed the seller and he told me that he will dispatch the screen guard. After few days i again mailed the seller to enquire about the missing screen guard and he reply to me that he wants the order number, eventhough i have mentioned the order number in the first mail as well, and both the times i have emailed him through tradus itself. Next day i again emailed himn for the third time and he again asks for the order number. I again responded to his email with the order number and he replied that he will dispatch the screen guard on thursday, i.e. around after two days. i was still ok. when i haven’t received any revert on thursday then i again emailed him he says he will dispatch very soon. So, first the seller wasted more than two weeks. then I filled a complaint to TRADUS. they replied that they can offer a refund of Rs 100, where as the screen guard, which the customer has offered in the order, costs more than Rs 200 on tradus’s website itself. I delined the refund and told tradus that i will not accept it as a good screen guard on tradus itself costs approx 200 + delivery charges. they told that the seller don’t have the screen guard so he can’t send. I asked them to ask the seller to send me something else than, they denied. After wasting one month they are asking me to return the flip cover and get a full refund. they told they will call me but they never did and email me that they tried calling me but phone was busy which is complete lie. If the seller didn’t had the screen guard then he must have informed me on the first place itself but he didn’t. so now either tradus or the seller should compensate double the amount which i paid.
