Hello
I bought a Website hosting service from Manashosting for 5000Rs 5 yrs package. They are the worst service, My website is down for the past 1 month. When i call Customer care they say that they cannot help because i have to raise a Ticket, When I tried to login it says User id not valid, When i tried to reset password, it says the password will come to my mail, I checked my junk and inbox for 2 days nothing came in, I called customer care again and they say they will not help. Now what do i do ? How to make them pay for the mental harassment I have suffered and the loss of business ?
