Hi,
We bought USHA Breta water purifier from Air Force Canteen. We have given AMC to Jyoti Enterprises in Jan’2012. They have taken 1050/- and replaced the carbon. They also agreed to replace the carbon 3 times in a year. After three months no one came to replace the carbon. Since then we are calling the given # and no one even picking up the phone. One time, person name Amit ph# 9211222340 picked up the ph and told that the owner is dead and we can come to their office B 2/160, Sector-17, Rohini, Delhi-110085. We went to the place, but came to know that there is no office. Its a fake address and also the neibourer told us that many other people came to this address for water purifier issues.
