I have been promised to give in-house solution for repair of my computer. An incompetent technician has been sent. He has failed to solve the problem in complete. Does not have even idea for fixing the parts, he has disintegrated. He has failed to do proper settings and as a result of this due to short circuiting, SMPS has been damaged and not sure if any other components have been damaged or not. They have charged full service amount (475/-) for an incomplete and incompetent service.
