Water purifier is under AMC still no service provided

Hi,

I have purchased water purifier from Eureka forbes.

My customer id:1005009163

I have also taken AMC for the product which is valid till Aug 2012.

I have been following them since Nov’11
for the service, but there is no response from the company.

Because of this , the purifier is not working properly and my daughter is suffering from infections due to water contamination.

I would appreciate if appropraite action is taken against the company for the same.
